| IFS | Legacy | IFS AFE (formerly P2 AFE) | AP Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Inflection Energy implemented IFS AFE (formerly P2 AFE) to support AP Automation across its exploration and production operations. The deployment was managed by the Manager of Information Systems and Technology and aligned with broader enterprise IT initiatives, including a centralized Enterprise Data Warehouse that consolidated financial and operational inputs for cost control and approvals.
The IFS AFE (formerly P2 AFE) implementation emphasized AFE-centric workflows common to AP Automation, including capital authorization routing, budget tracking, and invoice-to-AFE cost allocation. Configuration work focused on embedding AFE Navigator style approval chains, mapping cost categories to well and project attributes, and enforcing authorization controls to support finance and operations governance.
Integrations were explicitly designed with the Enterprise Data Warehouse and with operational systems already in place, including P2 Bolo, Peloton WellView/ProdView, Aries, ESRI ArcGIS, Landmark GeoGraphix, and DrillingInfo Transform. The solution was provisioned to the corporate office and two remote offices, with remote connectivity and support for two drilling locations, leveraging the existing Citrix XenApp and NetScaler delivery model described by the IS&T team.
Rollout governance was centralized under the IS&T manager who supervised a four person team and reported to the Chief Financial Officer, coordinating configuration, testing, and user support. The AFE deployment was part of a series of successful enterprise rollouts, and it was incorporated into disaster recovery planning and the companys broader IT service delivery processes, providing structured approval workflows and consolidated financial tracking for AP Automation.

| Peloton | Legacy | Peloton Wellview | Drilling Operations Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Inflection Energy implemented Peloton Wellview as its Drilling Operations Management platform. The deployment positioned Peloton Wellview and Peloton ProdView as the central well and production data repositories within an enterprise data warehouse that consolidated data from P2 Bolo, Aries, ESRI ArcGIS, AFE Navigator, Landmark GeoGraphix, and DrillingInfo Transform.
Configuration focused on well data management, production view consolidation, and operational reporting workflows common to Drilling Operations Management systems. Peloton Wellview was configured to capture drilling state records, integrate production views via ProdView, and feed normalized datasets into the Enterprise Data Warehouse for cross-system reporting and analysis.
Integrations were explicit and included P2 Bolo, Aries, ESRI ArcGIS, AFE Navigator, Landmark GeoGraphix, and DrillingInfo Transform, with the EDW consolidating feeds for downstream reporting. Remote and local access to Peloton Wellview was delivered through a Citrix XenApp deployment with NetScaler for secure connectivity to the corporate office, two distant offices, and remote drilling locations, while infrastructure and disaster recovery used VMWare and vRanger to support business continuity.
Implementation and rollout were led by the Manager of Information Systems and Technology, who supervised a four person team and reported to the Chief Financial Officer, directing configuration, testing, and enterprise integration work. Governance included Help Desk software to monitor and report support requests, negotiated maintenance and telecom agreements to secure operations, and inclusion of Peloton Wellview data flows in the enterprise data governance processes and AFE workflows supported by AFE Navigator.
The program produced several documented successes, including the successful rollout of Office 365, successful deployment of Citrix XenApp with NetScaler, an ArcGIS Server upgrade, the AFE Navigator 7.0 rollout, and the P2 Bolo upgrade, alongside development and testing of a disaster recovery strategy and hot site capability. These operational results reflect explicit project outcomes tied to the Peloton Wellview centered Drilling Operations Management implementation.

| Peloton | Legacy | Peloton ProdView | Data Warehouse | Analytics and BI | n/a | 2015 | 2015 |
In 2015, Inflection Energy implemented Peloton ProdView as part of a coordinated Enterprise Data Warehouse initiative. The rollout of Peloton ProdView fed into a centralized Data Warehouse that consolidated production, well records, GIS, finance, and reserves data for the E&P company.
The Enterprise Data Warehouse architecture aggregated datasets from enterprise applications including P2 Bolo, Peloton WellView/ProdView, Aries, ESRI ArcGIS, AFE Navigator, Landmark GeoGraphix, and DrillingInfo Transform. Peloton ProdView was configured to ingest production and well-level data streams and to serve production reporting and operational analytics alongside GIS feature services from ArcGIS.
Infrastructure and integrations were managed as a cohesive stack, supporting a corporate data center with documented disaster recovery using VMWare and vRanger and hot site arrangements for business continuity. The environment supported the corporate office and two remote offices, with remote assistance for two drilling locations, and integrated with Citrix XenApp and NetScaler for local and remote application access and with Office 365 for email, SharePoint intranet, and directory synchronization.
Governance was delivered through an IS&T organization that reported to the Chief Financial Officer and supervised a four person team, with formalized processes for help desk ticketing, software lifecycle management, and hardware and telecom procurement. The team implemented directory sync, SharePoint based intranet governance, and tested disaster recovery processes for the Data Warehouse and application stack, while administering an IS&T budget of approximately 1,000,000 USD.
The program included successful rollouts of Office 365, Citrix XenApp, ArcGIS Server upgrades, AFE Navigator 7.0, and a P2 Bolo upgrade, and negotiated new contracts for security, wiring, and telecommunications to expand network and security coverage and reduce costs. Peloton ProdView in the Data Warehouse therefore operated within an integrated enterprise information architecture supporting IT, GIS, operations, and finance workflows.
