Bahwan CyberTek Legacy CueCent ePay Payment Processing ERP Financial Management n/a 2012 2012
In 2012, Information & Egovernment Authority Bahrain deployed CueCent ePay as a centralized national payment aggregator in the Payment Processing category. The deployment centralized government payment acceptance to streamline collections and provide secure, multi-channel payment processing for finance and payments functions across Bahrain. Bahwan CyberTek implemented CueCent ePay and configured core payment processing capabilities including a merchant-facing payment gateway, multi-channel acceptance for online and in-person channels, security controls such as tokenization and fraud mitigation, and centralized settlement and reconciliation workflows. CueCent ePay was instrumented to support operational payment routing, transaction lifecycle management, and reporting required by public sector finance operations. Integration work connected CueCent ePay with eGovernment service portals and government finance backends to enable end-to-end service integration and citizen-facing payment flows. Operational scope covered national public sector payments and finance departments across Bahrain, with Bahwan CyberTek listed as the implementing technology partner in the project case study. The project modernized government e-payments and improved citizen convenience and service integration, delivering a centralized Payment Processing platform for Bahrain public services as described in the source case study.
