In 2014, Keap implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its core ERP Financial system. The deployment established NetSuite OneWorld as the centralized ledger and billing engine used by finance and accounting, with configuration work focused on supporting subscription billing and multi currency accounting.
Configuration and functional scope emphasized the Contract Billing Module and NetSuite OneWorld multi currency features. Multi currency capabilities were configured to support forecasted revenue growth of 25 percent, and the Contract Billing Module was maintained to ensure $10M in monthly recurring invoices were processed timely and accurately. Customizations and custom objects were developed, subjected to quality assurance testing, and deployed into the production environment to align record structures and billing workflows with finance requirements.
Integrations connected Oracle NetSuite ERP to a suite of internal systems including Salesforce, with ongoing integration ownership resting with the internal systems team. Operational coverage centered on the Finance and Accounting department, supported by a team of five Business Systems Analysts who worked directly with Product Owners to translate business requirements into system changes and automated processes.
Governance was implemented through a dedicated Internal Systems management structure responsible for system support, user permissions, customization control, and QA release processes. Oracle NetSuite ERP was used to operationalize billing controls and automated accounting workflows across finance functions, and the program included sustained support and access management to maintain production stability.
