The program also drove a CRM project, delivering a CRM roadmap and running an RFP process, establishing a roadmap for integration points between Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne and future sales and marketing systems. Governance and delivery were run through an executive steering forum and audit oversight, reporting to the CFO and the Corporate Audit and Risk Committee, with monthly Steering Committee meetings attended by the CEO, CFO and COO. Project delivery responsibilities included board-level proposal preparation and hands on delivery management, embedding financial governance and standardized workflows across finance, procurement, project delivery and property operations.
