In 2013, Inglot deployed BPSC Impuls EVO - Core HR at its INGLOT SP ZOO Przemyśl branch to centralize administrative and HR tasks. The implementation was used by an administration employee who handled incoming and outgoing documentation, coordinated with sales departments in Poland and abroad, and performed working time settlement for approximately 100 department employees using the IMPULS program. Core HR functions were explicitly applied in a department-level operational context.
BPSC Impuls EVO - Core HR was configured to manage personnel records, working time settlement, employee scheduling, and personal document supervision. The implementation extended to health and safety onboarding workflows, with the application supporting familiarization of new employees with documentation and company procedures. These configurations align with typical Core HR capabilities such as attendance recording, shift scheduling, and document management.
Operational coverage emphasized direct cooperation with the central HR department, and the system was embedded in administrative processes that included circulation of invoices and preparation of summaries and reports for company management. The deployment focused on department and branch operational workflows rather than enterprise-wide integrations, with system use tightly coupled to day-to-day HR and administrative processes.
Governance and workflow changes assigned responsibility for system operation to a named administration role, which supervised two office employees, created employee schedules, settled working time for the department, and managed inventory and cleaning duty rosters. Inglot used BPSC Impuls EVO - Core HR to centralize routine HR administration and documentation control while preserving direct operational links between the branch administration and the corporate HR function.

In 2013, Inglot deployed BPSC Impuls EVO as its Manufacturing ERP to centralize production-adjacent processes and inventory control for its United Arab Emirates distribution operation. The implementation targeted a compact corporate footprint of approximately 40 employees and focused on operational workflows for procurement, inventory, production planning, and sales order processing.
Configuration and functional scope of BPSC Impuls EVO included typical Manufacturing ERP modules such as production planning, bill of materials management, inventory management, procurement, sales order management, and shop-floor data capture, configured to the scale of the business. The technical deployment ran on on-premises infrastructure, with servers administered under Windows and Linux across the corporate headquarters and colocation sites.
The environment used Microsoft SQL Server for application databases and leveraged virtualization with VMware, while backup and recovery processes were implemented with Veeam and Altaro as part of the operational stack. Authentication and access management were integrated with Active Directory and network infrastructure administration covered LAN, VLAN, and WiFi.
Governance and ongoing operations were managed internally, with the deputy IT manager accountable for ERP administration, MSSQL database management, server and network operations, technical documentation, and IT project management for rollouts and updates to the BPSC Impuls EVO instance.
