In 2018, Innotec implemented Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise as its core ERP Financial platform. The deployment centralized financial transaction processing and month-end close workflows across its Zeeland, Michigan operations and provided systems and financial support extending to Mexico and SI operations, impacting finance, materials planning, and launch finance functions.
Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise was configured to support monthly financial close, inventory reviews and reconciliations, transaction oversight of all QuickBooks transactions, customer and supplier RMA accounting, and launch finance activities including ROI analysis, cost analysis, capital and passthrough accounting. The implementation supported inventory audit activities such as material counts, label reconciliation and accruals, and enabled management of division KPIs through structured financial reporting and controls.
Operational workflows linked QuickBooks to materials and launch processes, with finance collaborating with the materials team on year-end inventory audits, facilitating machine and inventory transfers from vendors, and coordinating PPAP approvals and IMDS compliance for new products. The system was also used to compile and support Ford launch audits for programs with funding over $100k, aligning internal financial records with external audit requirements.
Governance emphasized process standardization, system clean-up and updates, creation of standard operating procedures and an internal training program led by the Financial Controller and Launch Finance Specialist. Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise served as the single financial system of record under this governance, with practitioner-led training and system improvements to sustain transactional oversight and improve financial literacy across affected business functions.

| Paylocity | Oracle Taleo Cloud Service | Paylocity ATS | Recruiting, Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Innotec implemented Paylocity ATS, adopting Paylocity ATS as its Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System to manage public-facing hiring and candidate intake. The deployment replaced Oracle Taleo Cloud Service and was positioned to support recruiting for the 300-employee United States manufacturing firm.
The implementation configured core Applicant Tracking System capabilities consistent with the Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System category, including job requisition lifecycle management, job posting to the public career site, candidate application intake, resume parsing and applicant record tracking across hiring stages. Paylocity ATS was set up to handle interview scheduling workflows, offer tracking, and requisition approvals, standardizing HR and talent acquisition workflows.
Paylocity ATS was integrated into Innotec’s public career site using the Paylocity recruiting URL, recruiting.paylocity.com/Recruiting/Jobs/Apply/1374382, to surface live job listings and capture candidate applications directly on the company website. Operational ownership was concentrated in HR and Talent Acquisition, with the system serving as the single source for applicant data and career-site posting.
Governance focused on centralized requisition approval paths and standardized job templates within Paylocity ATS to reduce ad hoc posting variance and enforce consistent candidate workflows. Configuration and process work centered on aligning recruiting approvals, templates, and stage definitions to the company’s hiring policies, while the Paylocity ATS remained the primary Recruiting,Applicant Tracking System for ongoing hiring operations.

In 2015, Innotec implemented Microsoft 365 as its Collaboration platform. The corporate site indicates Microsoft 365 is in active use, and the deployment is positioned to support enterprise collaboration for the 300 employee manufacturing firm.
The Microsoft 365 implementation centers on standard Collaboration capabilities including Exchange Online email, SharePoint Online content management, Microsoft Teams for synchronous collaboration, OneDrive for file sync and the Office desktop and web applications. Configuration signals align with role based access for productivity workloads, tenant level administration, and site collections for document governance in SharePoint.
Innotec Microsoft 365 Collaboration supports communication, document management, and team collaboration across manufacturing operations, engineering, sales, and corporate services. The rollout appears to be company wide rather than limited to a single department, reflecting a cross functional adoption pattern consistent with Collaboration category deployments.
Governance practices inferred from the application choice include centralized identity and access control through Azure Active Directory, mailbox and site provisioning workflows, and Teams channel governance to control collaboration sprawl. Microsoft 365 is presented as the primary Collaboration layer for user productivity and internal communication at Innotec.
