In 2015 Innovapost implemented SAP ERP ECC 6.0 as the ERP Financial platform to host Customer Experience Delivery CED capabilities for Purolator. The deployment centralized core finance and commercial processes, covering finance accounts receivable, order to cash, and customer and contract management across operational teams. SAP ERP ECC 6.0 was configured to run explicit modules including FI/AR, OTC, SD order processing, SD products and pricing, billing and invoicing, Service Directory, OTB pre prints and OTB data completion. CED reporting functions and customer and contract records were implemented within the ECC application layer, leveraging standard SD and FI configuration alongside form and print pre print work for transactional documents. The implementation tied SD order processing directly to financial posting to maintain end to end transactional integrity. Integration work focused on consolidating CED transaction flows inside SAP ERP ECC 6.0 so that order capture, pricing, billing and reporting were orchestrated within the ECC core. Operational coverage targeted commercial, billing and finance teams supporting Purolator customer operations, with governance centered on centralized process execution and ECC master data for customers and contracts. CED reporting and OTB data completion were instrumented to support operational reporting and pre print document generation within the ERP Financial environment.

Governance and operational controls were driven by Innovapost Security COE requirements, with the security architect responsible for risk assessments, threat modeling, security architecture reviews, security assessments and audit reporting. Controls and processes covered identity management and access control, SAP security solution guidance including GRC Access Control and Identity Access Governance, SIEM integration patterns and requirements for testing security configurations prior to production release.
