Transaction Services Group Legacy TSG QikKids Childcare Management ERP Services and Operations n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, Inspire Early Learning implemented TSG QikKids, a Transaction Services Group application in the Childcare Management category. The deployment positioned TSG QikKids as the central administrative and pedagogical system for Inspire ELJ campuses, supporting an organization with roughly 120 staff and a coordinated set of educator, operations and family-facing activities. The implementation emphasized core Childcare Management capabilities including attendance tracking, children’s learning documentation and portfolios, educator notes and scheduling, and built-in compliance and incident reporting workflows. TSG QikKids was used to capture and structure pedagogical evidence aligned to the Australian Early Years Framework and the Montessori curriculum, supporting educator documentation, assessment and reflective practice across campus programs. Operational use of TSG QikKids was explicitly coupled with other tools in the environment, staff assisted with administration of attendance and records using Qikkids, Xplor and Microsoft Teams databases. The system also supported regulatory reporting practices, with staff aware of requirements to report accidents and significant events to DET through the NQA ITS Portal, positioning the application within the compliance and reporting chain. Governance and process changes centered on using TSG QikKids to meet weekly reporting expectations to the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Operations Officer, to document evidence for National Quality Standard assessments, and to drive mentoring and professional development for educators. The platform underpinned routine operational tasks, pedagogical leadership activities and documentation practices that supported campus-level quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
