In 2017 Insular Life deployed Adrenalin Max HCM as its Core HR application, implementing Adrenalin eSystems’ HCM platform rebranded internally as I-CON to consolidate HR operations across the insurer. The deployment was framed to create a single system across all touch points, digitize the employee experience and accelerate the companys move to data driven HR decision making.
The implementation included explicit configuration of Adrenalin HR modules, including HR Foundation, Employee Life Cycle, Workforce Administration, Self Service and Reports iReporter. These modules were used to centralize the 201 file, standardize benefits administration across employee groups, formalize competency based references for employee development and reduce paper routing in personnel administration.
Operational coverage extended across Insular Lifes workforce of more than 780 employees and over 50 offices in the Philippines, with the Adrenalin Max HCM instance providing an employee portal as a primary communication and self service channel. The platform was positioned to consolidate HR related data and surface real time employee insights for management decision making through the iReporter reporting capability.
Governance and process changes focused on workflow consolidation and digitalization of HR processes, shifting approvals and personnel administration from paper routing to system based transactions and establishing a unified data model for HR. The program aligned HR operations, workforce administration and employee self service under the Core HR application to support the organizations stated objective of becoming a high performance organization and enabling data informed HR governance.

Governance is applied through agent-level access controls and scripted response libraries to ensure consistent customer interactions and manageable operator workflows.
