In 2015, Interamerican deployed Oracle Siebel Universal Customer Master as the central operational customer master for the insurer. The implementation used Oracle Siebel Universal Customer Master within the Customer Data Platform layer to consolidate customer identities and support CRM and insurance operations across Greece.
The deployment emphasized master data consolidation, identity resolution, survivorship logic and establishment of a golden customer record, supplemented with data quality tooling from Trillium. Oracle Siebel Universal Customer Master provided matching and deduplication, address standardization and a single operational customer profile to drive consistent customer views for service and relationship management.
Cognity Greece implemented UCM with SOA based integration to ingest and synchronize customer data from more than 10 back end systems, creating operational feeds into CRM and insurance processing systems. Integration patterns included service oriented synchronization and batch feeds to maintain the operational master and support customer lifecycle and service processes.
Governance and operational changes included standardized data quality workflows and stewardship processes to manage records and updates under the centralized UCM governance model. Reported outcomes included improved address completeness at approximately 98 percent and streamlined customer lifecycle and service processes.
