Program governance included centralized stewardship processes, data governance rulebooks, and a phased rollout under senior technical program management to operationalize master data policies. The multi year solution delivery also included a planned full migration of the customer master data hub from Siebel UCM to Informatica MDM, an initiative documented to reduce total cost of ownership for Cummins by $2M.
