Configuration work focused on FICO with supporting MM and SD setups, LSMW was used for data migration, and the team assisted in month end closing activities to stabilize financial operations.
Deployment used a standard SAP ECC landscape with separate development, test and production systems, configured to support transactional finance, procurement and order to cash processes. Operational coverage was Interlocal Exim Pte Ltd in Singapore and directly impacted finance, procurement and sales business functions through module level configuration and transactional cutover planning.
Governance included Blueprint sign off, structured workshops, and iterative testing cycles with Unit Testing, System Integration Testing and UAT specifically for FICO modules. The engagement concluded successfully, with Unisoft Infotech managing implementation activities and staged testing and cutover support.
