The platform consolidated booking, bill of lading delivery, and shipment status information so that the same shipment record and documents are accessible to all parties in real time, reducing manual handoffs and accelerating customer communications. Governance and process change focused on centralized booking authorization and document sharing, shifting approvals and document retrieval onto the platform. Outcomes explicitly reported by Intermax include faster access to bills of lading, which previously took 3 to 4 days and are now available instantly on the platform, improved operational responsiveness, and clearer visibility across shipping parties.
