The integration pattern emphasized synchronized employee records and time capture flows between UKG Pro HCM and maintenance, scheduling, and mobile work execution systems. Governance and operational ownership rested with the on-site Maximo Systems Administrator who coordinated provisioning, data synchronization and cross-functional workflows between HR, operations and maintenance. Intermountain Power Service UKG Pro HCM Core HR therefore served as the central HR system of record for employee information, time and scheduling interfaces supporting HR and operational functions.
