UKG Legacy UKG Pro HCM (ex UltiPro HCM) Core HR HCM n/a 2012 2012
In 2012 Intermountain Power Service provisioned UKG Pro HCM (ex UltiPro HCM) for Core HR. The deployment targeted the plant site in Delta Utah and supported HR and workforce management for a 500-employee utility operations organization. Configuration centered on Core HR record management and employee lifecycle workflows, with explicit interfaces for time capture and scheduling. UKG Pro HCM (ex UltiPro HCM) was used to maintain centralized employee data, support HRIS functions and provide the authoritative employee roster for downstream systems. Integrations included operational data exchanges with Maximo through on-site Maximo administration, the Worktech Time-Tracking suite, Akwire Scheduling software, and EzMaxMobile for field crew access. The integration pattern emphasized synchronized employee records and time capture flows between UKG Pro HCM and maintenance, scheduling, and mobile work execution systems. Governance and operational ownership rested with the on-site Maximo Systems Administrator who coordinated provisioning, data synchronization and cross-functional workflows between HR, operations and maintenance. Intermountain Power Service UKG Pro HCM Core HR therefore served as the central HR system of record for employee information, time and scheduling interfaces supporting HR and operational functions.
