Operational integrations and runbook interactions documented in project notes show Amadeus Central Reservation operating alongside other global distribution and host systems such as Sabre and Pegasus, and interfacing operationally with external organizations including American Express, Chase, The Avios Company and SeatGuru. Contact center support handled a broad set of international incoming calls including USA, China, Tel Aviv, France, Germany, Canada, Italy, Spain, India, Russia, Australia, New Zealand and Japan, with liaison to international airports and internal operational departments.
Governance and process adjustments emphasized contact center orchestration, outbound callback management to passengers and travel agents, and enhanced working patterns to meet disruption scenarios such as aircraft changes and cancellations.
