CornerStone Compensation was configured to surface compensation data into centralized reporting, enabling complex reporting and dashboards built and maintained by the HR Systems and Reporting Specialist.
Integrations were coordinated with the ICT team to ensure timely and accurate people data feeds and to support reporting extract processes, access provisioning, and security level management. Operational coverage included HR business partners, Learning and Development, and broader HR teams, with the system used for people data extraction and analysis to support decision making and operational HR processes.
