Plex ERP was administered and maintained by corporate IT resources responsible for module configuration, continuous improvement of financial ERP enhancements, and day to day financial system operations.
Operational rollout and site coverage were executed as a global Plex site implementation across China, India, South Africa, Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, United Kingdom, Netherlands, United States, Mexico, Canada, and Brazil during the 2011 to 2015 program window. The deployment scope specifically targeted the global Inteva Finance department, aligning regional and local finance processes to the Plex ERP model and standardizing project controlling and costing workflows.

Governance was centralized within corporate finance and controllership, with configuration of role-based access, close task workflows, and standardized chart of accounts mapping into OneStream XF. The rollout emphasized process alignment across accounting, FP&A, and consolidation teams in the United States, supported by OneStream XF configuration for audit trail and data lineage within the EPM environment.
