Operational scope covered HR and administrative functions across IRCTC’s national operations, and governance practices focused on electronic custody of official data and access rights control. The HRMS program coexisted with parallel IT initiatives including an Access Management System with face recognition, a water supply chain management application pilot, video conferencing infrastructure and provisioning of IT assets for work from home operations.
