The project automated the entire contractual process for Islamic institutions using programmable smart contract logic, removing administrative redundancies associated with Sharia compliance and enforcing spend controls by subsidy purpose. Operational coverage prioritized subsidy distribution and aid delivery functions across the bank group, with explicit governance controls that allow full transparency and control of spend at any time. SettleMint partnered with Ateon, a Riyadh based solution provider and systems integrator in the Fintech space, to support regional implementation and operational integration into IsDB processes and administrative workflows.
