Governance and operational control were formalized under the APAC Applications and Data Analytics function, which managed release windows, BAU support, data model stewardship and cross-functional access controls across supply chain, finance and distribution teams. The program emphasized integrated workflows between SAP BW/4HANA and front-end analytics platforms to standardize metrics and reporting, while program and BAU management were run as part of an ongoing portfolio that included SAP ECC, IBP, MPS and related integrations.
