NTT Group Legacy NTT DATA Biz Integral Pro Payroll Payroll HCM n/a 2013 2014
In 2013, Japan Blood Products Organization implemented NTT DATA Biz Integral Pro Payroll, deployed as Biz∫ePro_St@ff, to provide centralized Payroll, human resources and attendance functionality across its merged entity. The implementation was part of a full-suite ERP initiative covering HR, payroll and attendance, and the project executed with JSOL as the system integrator achieved an on-schedule go-live in April 2014. Deployment concentrated on integrated HR, payroll and time and attendance modules within NTT DATA Biz Integral Pro Payroll, with configuration of payroll calculation engines, employee master data, attendance capture and standardized payroll workflows. The implementation consolidated disparate operational workflows into a single application footprint, enabling centralized processing and consistent payroll and attendance handling across the organization. Operational scope covered HR, payroll and attendance business functions across the merged organization, with rollout activities coordinated to meet the April 2014 cutover milestones and control costs. The program delivered integrated HR/payroll/attendance coverage and explicitly reduced planned implementation cost and ongoing operational effort.
