Kerridge k8 ERP was integrated operationally with dealerweb on WD1 for dealbook reconciliations, with eDynamix for service plan cost clearing, and with online payment platforms Stripe and AutoTransact for deposit payment supervision. The rollout covered the volume accounts team supporting five dealership brands including Mitsubishi, MG, BMW, Maserati and Lotus, and it handled weekly manufacturer warranty and bonus invoice processing as well as payments made via Lloyds under company authorisation.
Operational governance and workflow changes associated with Kerridge k8 ERP focused on structured month end processes, weekly provision reviews with sites, site stock checks and reconciliations to ensure vehicle accountability, and routing of payment approvals in line with corporate policy.
