The rollout covered the volume accounts team supporting five dealership brands including Mitsubishi, MG, BMW, Maserati and Lotus, and it handled weekly manufacturer warranty and bonus invoice processing as well as payments made via Lloyds under company authorisation. Operational governance and workflow changes associated with Kerridge k8 ERP focused on structured month end processes, weekly provision reviews with sites, site stock checks and reconciliations to ensure vehicle accountability, and routing of payment approvals in line with corporate policy. The deployment tied application-level transaction processing to established accounting controls, reporting packs and site level reconciliation disciplines across head office and retail sites.
