In 2016 JIO Payments Bank implemented Infosys Finacle as its Core Banking platform. The program was executed with delivery oversight from a project manager at Fintellix Solutions who led regulatory and treasury reporting workstreams.
The implementation emphasized integration of an ADF regulatory reporting product to satisfy CRR, SLR and NPA returns and to produce Treasury reports. Configuration work focused on reporting feeds, data transformation logic, ETL pipelines and a consolidated data warehouse layer that aggregated transaction and ledger balances for compliance reporting.
Integration scope included SAP GL, SAP CRM, Finacle and treasury systems to populate the data warehouse and to furnish the ADF reporting engine with reconciled source data. A ten person delivery team managed interfaces, data mappings and release packaging while coordinating cross-vendor reconciliations between general ledger and customer master records for regulatory outputs.
Governance centered on delivery management and formal release management, the project manager also serving as release manager for various enhancement drops including work for the Lloyds insurance market. Operational coverage targeted regulatory reporting and treasury functions for JIO Payments Bank, with process changes to establish release cadence, data validation checkpoints and centralized ownership of regulatory report delivery.

The deployment centered on configuring compliance screening, document management, and trade workflow orchestration consistent with Global Trade Management capabilities. The project team also implemented an ADF regulatory reporting product to manage CRR, SLR and NPA returns and to produce treasury reports, aligning outputs from SAP Global Trade Services GTS to regulatory data flows.
Integration architecture consolidated transaction and master data from SAP GL, SAP CRM, Finacle and Treasury systems into a centralized data warehouse to feed both regulatory reporting and trade compliance processes. Operational coverage included banking regulatory reporting and treasury functions, and the engagement activities also interfaced with related client accounts including Edelweiss and Lloyds where release coordination occurred.
Governance was organized around a delivery manager model with a team of ten led by the project manager, and a release management cadence controlled periodic enhancement drops for Lloyds and other clients. Change control, data mapping and interface management between SAP Global Trade Services GTS and upstream systems were core operational controls throughout the rollout.
