A custom training database was created to host scenario-based exercises and to support hands-on onboarding for leasing and property management staff.
Governance established during the rollout formalized training ownership with IT and the training organization, standardized lease processing workflows and instituted classroom and system-based training as part of operational handover. The implementation narrative centers on leasing and rent processing modernization within Lease Management, system data consolidation from MRI and Yardi, and a documented training and governance program to support adoption.
