The team documented configuration decisions and delivered mentoring and training to the county HR staff to embed operational knowledge and support ongoing administration. The engagement included operational support activity, resolving HR Self Service technical and functional production incidents as they arose. Payroll continuity was addressed through functional linkage with Oracle 11.5.8 Payroll, where the project assisted with payroll and retro pay data issues and performed payroll adjustments to align SSHR changes with payroll processing. Governance was exercised through the maintained project plan and staged testing cycles, with an emphasis on approvals orchestration and process cleanup to reduce manual rework. Johnson County, TN Oracle Self-Service Human Resources HR Service Delivery supported HR and payroll business functions through configuration, testing, training, and post go live operational support.
