In 2024, Joveo implemented KEKA Leave Management to automate HR and payroll processes across its United States operations. KEKA Leave Management was deployed as the company wide Absence and Leave Management solution to centralize employee records and standardize leave policies and approvals.
The implementation configured automated leave and time and attendance workflows, absence tracking, self service leave requests and approval routing, and payroll-ready time exports. These functional modules were used to improve transparency and reduce compliance risk, and the deployment accelerated payroll processing by approximately 80 percent while freeing over 30 hours per week through automation of leave and time workflows.
Operationally the rollout focused on HR and payroll functions within Joveo United States operations, centralizing employee data to support payroll workflows and regulatory compliance. Integrations were established between the KEKA Leave Management instance and existing payroll workflows to enable automated pay calculations and payroll cycle acceleration.
Governance shifted to a centralized HR operations model with standardized leave policies and automated approval workflows, reducing manual reconciliation between absence records and payroll. The deployment of KEKA Leave Management provided a unified absence management platform for HR and payroll, improving operational transparency and administrative capacity.
