In 2022, JS Bank implemented Moodle LMS on its website to provide Learning and Development capabilities for the Pakistan-headquartered bank with a 4,663 employee base. The deployment positions Moodle LMS as the web-facing delivery layer for online courses and learning resources, hosted within the bank’s public web estate and accessible through the corporate website.
The implementation was configured around standard learning management modules, including course catalog and enrollment management, assessment and quiz engines, content delivery and playback, and learner reporting and analytics. Governance centers on centralized content publishing and role-based permissions to support HR and L&D workflows, with content authoring, approval routing, and learner lifecycle management aligned to training, onboarding, and compliance learning objectives. Moodle LMS is used as the principal Learning and Development application to unify course management and learner administration via the JS Bank website.

In 2016, JS Bank implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking platform to centralize account servicing and payment processing across its Pakistan operations. The deployment established Temenos T24 as the primary transaction processing engine for core ledger, account management and customer data workflows.
Implementation work focused on modular configuration and local development within Temenos T24, with explicit emphasis on Version routines and Enquiry routines, including file enquiries and no file enquiries. The engagement documented OFS development for message orchestration, GLOBUS T24 design and development tasks, and technical analysis to address complex localized requirements.
Operational coverage extended across all core modules, supporting retail and corporate banking functions such as deposits, lending, payments and teller operations, and included production support responsibilities. Temenos T24 was used to consolidate processing logic, standardize enquiry handling, and provide a single transactional backbone for downstream operational teams.
Governance centered on structured QA and testing cycles, GLOBUS T24 QA testing, and production support processes to manage local developments and version control. Technical governance included ongoing analysis, development and troubleshooting workflows to resolve complex local development issues and maintain stability of the Temenos T24 Core Banking environment.

| ConsenSys | Legacy | ConsenSys Quorum | Blockchain Platform | Blockchain | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, JS Bank implemented ConsenSys Quorum as a Blockchain Platform to participate in permissioned interbank messaging and payments data exchange. The deployment aligned JS Bank with JP Morgan’s Interbank Information Network, which at the time used Quorum to enable permissioned sharing of payment compliance information among participating banks.
The ConsenSys Quorum implementation focused on permissioned transaction metadata exchange, secure messaging, document file transfer, and data modeling capabilities consistent with enterprise Ethereum deployments. Configuration work included node provisioning within a permissioned consortium topology, consensus tuning for private transactions, smart contract-based access controls and channel-level data segregation to support compliance workflows and targeted account validation features referenced as IIN Resolve.
Operational integration emphasized links to payments operations, treasury services and compliance teams, maintaining coexistence with existing correspondent banking flows such as SWIFT for settlement messaging. The project mapped Quorum endpoints to correspondent communication processes for cross-border payment investigations, and preserved the ability for simultaneous multi-party interaction when a payment detail is flagged for confirmation.
Governance and rollout followed a consortium model with role-based permissions, permissioned channels for selective data sharing and documented workflows for dispute resolution and compliance query handling. The broader IIN program planned a production go-live in the third quarter for domestic and foreign payment data and included a test network to open functionality to third-party developers, a path JS Bank’s ConsenSys Quorum deployment aligned with.
