The platform made realistic and up-to-date sailing schedules available to cross-departmental stakeholders, exposing discrepancies between planning and actuals for faster reconciliation and decision making.
The rollout followed an Agile proof-of-concept and co-creation model guided by a digital roadmap and an analytics roadmap to sequence capabilities and sustain change. ORTEC advised on organizational adoption and supported Jumbo Maritime in attracting data-minded talent to embed the new Transportation Management workflows and improve cross-functional cooperation.
