| Oracle | Sage 300 ERP (formerly Accpac) | Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2007 | 2008 |
In 2007 Jurlique International implemented Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne as its ERP Financial application, replacing Sage 300 ERP formerly Accpac. The deployment focused on supporting manufacturing finance, inventory valuation and cost accounting across Jurlique's manufacturing and production operations in Australia.
Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne was configured to deliver core ERP Financial ledger and cost accounting functionality along with product costing controls. The implementation explicitly included setup of bulk product routing and accounting cost quantity in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne to capture routing and cost components used for product costing.
Operationally the system was aligned with production and engineering workflows, linking routing and costing records to shop floor activities, batch accounting and quality investigations. A Process Engineer later used the JD Edwards configuration to formalize bulk product routing and to account cost quantities for commercial-scale production, indicating the application served as the authoritative repository for routing and cost data.
Governance and process restructuring accompanied the implementation, with workflows adjusted to close gaps between engineers and production and with job safety and environmental analysis applied to bulk manufacturing processes and equipment operation. Between January 2018 and June 2020 a Process Engineer leveraged JD Edwards configuration alongside equipment and process changes to deliver a 30% increase in production process efficiency, qualify new mixing vessel systems, and implement a new raw materials dosing system that reduced compounding time, lowered man-hours and improved safety.

Jurlique International implemented Hike POS in 2021 to support Point Of Sale operations across its Australian retail locations. The deployment is documented on Hike POS's customer roster for retail POS and inventory management, enabling in-store sales, inventory counts and omnichannel product synchronization. Hike POS functions as the store-level transaction and stock control system for Jurlique International.
Functional modules implemented include point of sale transaction processing, centralized inventory management and product catalog synchronization, with inferred use of loyalty capabilities based on Hike POS platform features and the vendor customer listing. Integrations concentrate on synchronizing product and stock data between store tills and the omnichannel catalog to support stock takes and consistent product availability across channels. Operational governance and process restructuring centered on retail operations and inventory control, with configuration and rollout executed at the store level across Australian locations.
