The deployment incorporated business critical custom integrations to connect Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations with restaurant partner billing feeds, partner onboarding systems, payment settlement processes and internal operational systems to enable same-day partner payments, in the correct currency, delivered from a consistent email address. Operational coverage centered on finance and partner payments functions across multiple markets, aligning partner experience and financial governance. Just Eat reported a 50% reduction in time to invoice for over 71,000 restaurant partners, streamlined financial processes to enable scalability, and consistent partner experiences as explicit outcomes of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations implementation.
