The cloud deployment architecture centralized data flows across clinical and business areas, and integrated with Bayhealth's existing Infor Global HR, Payroll, and Cloverleaf solutions as well as Infor Clinical Bridge to reduce redundant interfaces and standardize platforms. Workflows were streamlined and automated to improve synchronization between clinical operations and financial planning, enabling faster action on safety events and recalls without manual intervention.
Governance followed the RFP driven selection and Infor implementation methodology, with a focus on standardizing platforms, consolidating interfaces, and maintaining an upgrade path in the cloud to limit business disruption.
