The integration scope included documented data mappings and interface specifications to preserve fiscal data integrity between APEX forms and JDE enterprise transactions. Operational coverage targeted Kahramaa finance and corporate administrative departments in Qatar, with corporate trainings delivered to finance and IT staff and ongoing techno functional support provided for post go live support. Governance was enforced through solution design signoffs, formal change control processes and knowledge transfer plans recorded in the technical documentation.

Program governance emphasized delivery, scope, schedule, budget, and risk management, using established project plans, work breakdown structures, and burndown charts to track progress. Governance activities included chairing cross-functional workshops to finalize requirements and deliverables, managing internal and external stakeholders, asserting alignment between principals, vendors and business partners, and advising senior management on project health, progress, and challenges.
