NEOREX Co. Legacy NEOREX Bye Bye Timecard Time and Attendance HCM n/a 2011 2012
In 2011, Kaldi Coffee Farm, operated by Camel Coffee Co., Ltd., adopted NEOREX Bye Bye Timecard, a Time and Attendance application. At the time of selection the company had about 250 stores and nearly 5,000 employees, and prior attendance processes relied on paper, telephone and fax with manual timecard calculations and handwritten summary sheets. NEOREX Bye Bye Timecard was implemented with an emphasis on iPad compatibility, delivering an iPad clocking application for on‑site stamping and digital timecard capture. Functional capabilities implemented included real‑time attendance capture, digitized holiday application approval on the iPad, and display of carried over and current year paid leave balances so staff could check remaining vacation at any time. The solution also surfaced work information to the head office to enable analysis and follow up on attendance data. Deployment was executed by vendor NEOREX Co., using a rapid rollout model that required two iPads per store, roughly 600 units, to support the device based clocking workflow. A test operation ran on April 11 with eight stores, and production go live for the remaining stores occurred on May 11 after a phased preparation that began in February 2012, completing company wide introduction in just over three months across about 280 stores and over 5,000 employees. Post go live governance included a June 2013 project to revise operational rules and centralize holiday management, moving previously store level carryover handling into head office visibility. The systemization eliminated physical timecard storage and simplified search, reduced store manager administrative burden, and improved convenience for store staff by enabling self service access to leave balances and digital approval workflows.

Google Legacy Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2017 2017
In 2017, Kaldi Coffee Farm deployed Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) as its Collaboration platform for corporate communications and retail operations. The implementation is publicly observable from Kaldi's site and centers on enterprise email, calendar, and cloud-native productivity services provisioned under the Google Workspace (Formerly Google G-Suite) suite. The deployment included core Google Workspace capabilities such as Gmail for corporate email, Google Calendar for scheduling, Google Drive for centralized file storage, Docs and Sheets for document collaboration, Slides for presentations, and Google Meet for virtual meetings. Administrative configuration used the Google Workspace admin console to define organizational units, user provisioning, group mailboxes, and shared drives to align collaboration boundaries with business roles. Operational coverage extended across corporate staff and retail-facing teams, with Google Workspace accounts linked to the company domain for external communications visible on the website. The implementation leveraged standard Collaboration workflows including real-time co-editing, shared drive management, and group-based communication to support day-to-day merchandising, store coordination, and head office functions. Governance was implemented through Google Workspace controls, using organizational unit policies, account lifecycle provisioning, access and sharing settings, and mobile device management to enforce data handling and access rules. Routine administration and policy enforcement were centralized in the Google Workspace admin console to maintain consistent collaboration controls across the enterprise.
