The Modular Mining MineCare implementation included configuration of trend event logic to capture inappropriate conditions or operations, fuel burn rate monitoring, and automated condition alerts aligned to reliability engineering workflows. Configuration produced recurring deliverables such as reliability reports for Mechanical Trucks and Electric Trucks, mean time failure after service reports, and fuel consumption reports for operational review. Integrations were implemented to consolidate data from multiple operational systems, specifically collecting inputs from Ellipse(ABB), Dispatch(Modular), and Minecare(Modular) telemetry streams, and from Caterpillar, Hitachi, and Komatsu truck series. Operational scope covered haul truck fleets and their maintenance and reliability teams, enabling cross functional analysis between Reliability and Condition Monitoring, Haul Trucks Maintenance, and Mining Operations. Governance and process changes included vendor coordination and multidisciplinary reliability meetings to review problem analyses, agree action plans, and track completion of corrective activities. The implementation produced regular analytical outputs and recommendations to assist the Haul Trucks Maintenance Department in meeting performance availability targets, and engineers also leveraged the MineCare data to support related engineering projects and inventory lifecycle activities.
