OpportuneHR was configured to provide ATS-driven candidate workflows, digital onboarding checklists, and mobile ESS access for employees.
Operational coverage focused on HR operations in India supporting 150 employees in professional services, with Core HR modules configured to centralize personnel records and automate leave, claims, and attendance workflows. Governance and workflow changes established attendance to claims reconciliation flows and mobile ESS approval chains, and the biometric to cloud integration streamlined attendance capture and claims processing in India.
