In 2016, Kateeva implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to establish a unified ERP Financial platform supporting finance, production, warehouse, and customer service operations across the company. The implementation targeted transactional front end stability and operational support for a manufacturing organization of about 200 employees, with NetSuite serving as the primary system for order, inventory, and financial workflows.
Configuration and functional work focused on transaction and operation front end support and troubleshooting, change request management, and enabling NetSuite features with workflow logic build up and function verifications for new projects. Delivered NetSuite functional projects included Production Plan function improvements with a Work Order Issue process change, Warehouse Management work such as cycle count process set up and end user training, an RF-Smart device upgrade and function verification, and Barcode print function enabling, plus Customer Service initiatives including project workflow design and roll out and an auto regional replenishment process set up.
Integrations were built and monitored between Oracle NetSuite ERP and other enterprise applications, explicitly including SAP Concur and Host Analyst, with additional interfacing work noted for Arena. Integration build up included monitoring and operational handover, and user acceptance testing preparation, execution, and formal sign off was part of each integration and functional rollout.
Operational governance covered ongoing change request management, periodic user access review to comply with SOX rules, reports build up to support business needs, and targeted end user training as required.
