Integrations were built and monitored between Oracle NetSuite ERP and other enterprise applications, explicitly including SAP Concur and Host Analyst, with additional interfacing work noted for Arena. Integration build up included monitoring and operational handover, and user acceptance testing preparation, execution, and formal sign off was part of each integration and functional rollout. Operational governance covered ongoing change request management, periodic user access review to comply with SOX rules, reports build up to support business needs, and targeted end user training as required. The NetSuite team also supported year end physical inventory count planning and transactional support, embedding controls and UAT verification into deployment workflows to maintain operational continuity.
