The program leveraged cloud analytics and planning platforms including PowerBi, Alteryx, Azure and Anaplan for integrated forecasting and planning, and the finance systems were used to support integrated M&A onboarding processes. Governance and process restructuring were elevated to the Board level, with a Board led equity structure revamp and implementation of new share award programs tied into equity management within SAP S/4 HANA. Change management and cross functional alignment were executed alongside pre acquisition diligence and deal integration workstreams to align accounting, tax, and legal requirements with the new ERP Financial environment. Delivery met stated program targets, achieving the big bang single instance go live within the 15 month timeline and delivering to the business case while enabling a shift in finance activities toward more value add services. Operational oversight for the transformed finance organization included centralized reporting, a finance team of over 70 globally, and a governance cadence to sustain consolidated financial controls and ongoing integrations.

Governance shifted to structured audit and checklist driven workflows, with recruiters receiving regular status updates and HR coordinators using the screening outputs to support onboarding and compliance processes.
