In 2016, Kelloggs Brazil implemented NeoGrid Sales and Operations Planning. The NeoGrid Sales and Operations Planning deployment focused on S&OP and demand planning for a Brazil centered supply chain use case, integrating field execution and planning data across multiple commercial and distribution organizations.
The implementation configured core S&OP capabilities including demand planning alignment, inventory visibility to reduce phantom inventories, replenishment targeting, and merchandising action coordination. NeoGrid Sales and Operations Planning was used to align planning inputs with field execution signals so planners could prioritize replenishment and in store merchandising activities.
Integrations were explicitly centered on consolidating field execution data with planning datasets, enabling a unified operational view across sales, distribution, and merchandising functions in Brazil. The project scope covered multiple organizations within Kelloggs Brazil, operating as a Brazil focused program rather than a global rollout.
