Implementation work included catalog and pricing configuration, staff reconciliation workflows, and maintaining guest profile records to support unified front desk and kiosk interactions. The team configured automated handoffs between reservation records and payment capture to reduce manual booking interventions. Operational coverage prioritized resort guest touchpoints and villa booking channels, centralizing transaction and booking records for the property. Governance introduced consolidated workflows connecting reservations, front desk operations, and on-property service teams, with process changes to manage kiosk transaction exceptions and reconciliation. Since deployment the team reports they have achieved outstanding results following the Agilysys rGuest® Book and Agilysys IG Kiosk implementations.
