Governance and rollout centered on centralized financial governance and standardized workflows across business units to replace manual aggregation of dispersed records. According to ICT Service Manager Ville Kenttä, combining Epicor ERP and iScala "has helped us to meet our business challenges and increase opportunities to grow," while streamlining the time and cost previously required for multi system consolidation.
