In 2025 KIKO S.p.A. implemented LEA Reply Warehouse Management for a new dark store in London to accelerate ecommerce fulfilment and improve regional delivery performance. The deployment focused on shortening order to delivery cycles for European online orders and establishing a local fulfilment footprint to support faster regional delivery.
LEA Reply Warehouse Management, a Warehouse Management application, was delivered rapidly with project kick off to go live in approximately 4 months and configured for dark store operational workflows. The implementation incorporated standard Warehouse Management capabilities including inventory control, task and order picking orchestration, slotting and putaway processes, and workforce tasking and sequencing, and was configured for operation by KIKO’s in house operations team.
Operational scope centers on the London dark store and associated regional delivery flows, impacting ecommerce operations, warehouse operations, and last mile logistics. Governance emphasized an in house ownership model for daily operations and a fast rollout cadence to meet peak demand timing. The implementation resulted in significantly faster delivery times, reported as cutting ecommerce delivery times in half, and established a dark store setup managed by KIKO’s in house team.
