In 2021, KIKO S.p.A. deployed Adobe Connect on its website to provide Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities for customer engagement, virtual consultations, and live event hosting. The implementation uses Adobe Connect as the front-end conferencing layer embedded within KIKO's public site, positioning KIKO S.p.A., Adobe Connect, Audio Video and Web Conferencing for customer-facing communications and digital event workflows. Governance practices implemented include role-based access for hosts and moderators, content retention and recording controls, and publishing processes for embedding session links and recordings on the public site, while integration points remain scoped to the web content layer and site authentication flows rather than back-office systems.
