KITOMBA implemented Kitomba Software in 2021 as its Salon Management platform, integrating Kitomba Software directly with its public website to enable online booking and client self-service. The deployment targeted customer-facing appointment flows and front-of-house operations for the New Zealand based professional services firm with roughly 50 employees.
Configuration centered on core Salon Management capabilities, including appointment scheduling and online booking, client record management, point of sale workflows, staff scheduling, service menus and basic operational reporting. Kitomba Software was configured with role-based access to separate reception and stylist responsibilities, and settings were tuned for service definitions, pricing, and booking rules common to salon operations.
Operational integration concentrated on embedding online booking on the corporate website so reservations and client data flow into the Kitomba Software customer database. Governance emphasis was placed on front-desk process alignment and access controls during rollout, with the system used by reception and salon staff to manage daily bookings and client records.
