The implementation under SAP ERP ECC 6.0 delivered canonical workflows for record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, fixed asset accounting and project accounting, and leveraged DRC and BTP components for platform services and process automation.
The SAP ERP ECC 6.0 instance was integrated with a finance application ecosystem that includes Readsoft for document capture and processing, Kyriba for treasury and banking connectivity, Sidetrade for receivables analytics, and an E Attestation solution for compliance. Integration extended to the group banking platform and was operated across Klepierre operations in 12 countries, supporting local functional needs while maintaining centralized master data and financial control.
Operational governance was centralized in a SAP expertise center responsible for all Finance Apps and the banking platform, staffed by a team of 13 functional and technical profiles. That center managed MCO across the Group and oversaw deployment and development projects, combining ongoing application maintenance, release monitoring and cross country coordination for finance, accounting and management control functions.
