The Kazan office of 1C-Rarus completed a project to develop and embed a new budgeting methodology at the KMAruda plant as part of the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management deployment. The management moved financial accounting to the modern 1C:ERP configuration, replacing the prior 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 environment for core financial and planning workflows at the plant.
The implementation delivered a fully configured budgeting subsystem with 115 budget forms and established three automated workstations for cost distribution, budget updating, and planned cost calculation. The configuration supports 150 system users overall and about 25 permanent users on the budgeting subsystem, aligning application-level modules with standard financial planning, cost allocation, and budget consolidation workflows.
1C:ERP Enterprise Management was integrated with the holding level 1C products used by the Industrial and Metallurgical Holding, the implemented system partially consumes information from 1C:Holding Management and forwards consolidated data to the holding management organization in 1C:Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8. The rollout focus was the KMAruda plant with the new budgeting methodology designed to be transferable to 10 other enterprises within the holding, enabling cross-entity budget consolidation.
Project governance included regulatory updates and formalization of the budgeting process, 1C-Rarus specialists revised regulations and clarified the sequence of work with budgets to meet the holding consolidation requirements. Budget planning for 2025 was organized on the basis of the new 1C:ERP solution, and internal stakeholders confirmed the budgeting process is now systematized and aligned with the Industrial and Metallurgical Holding requirements.
