In 2022 Krux Analytics engaged Long View Systems to provision Long View OneCloud as a managed platform under the Application Hosting and Computing Services category to support its drilling-analytics SaaS development in North America. The engagement centered on delivering automated infrastructure tooling to enable secure deployments and to support developer teams working on the SaaS product, with operational coverage focused on platform and developer tooling rather than business application replatforming.
Long View OneCloud was implemented with a configuration that combined Azure DevOps pipelines, Terraform-based infrastructure as code, and Azure App Services to standardize environment provisioning and deployment automation. The implementation emphasized CI/CD orchestration, repeatable infrastructure builds, and platform service configuration to ensure consistent runtime environments for development and release cycles, aligning Long View OneCloud platform services with the application lifecycle.
Operationally the work integrated managed Azure infrastructure and platform support with Krux Analytics development workflows, enabling environment consistency across North American development operations and secure deployment practices. Governance changes included codified pipeline templates and infrastructure-as-code repos to enforce configuration standards, while process changes centralized deployment automation and platform support responsibilities with Long View Systems. The engagement delivered improved developer velocity and environment consistency as stated outcomes.
