Operational coverage included corporate finance and payroll workflows across 180 locations, aligning month end, GL close, AR processing, and fixed asset accounting within the ERP Financial system.
Governance changes were implemented during the August to November 2020 rollout, including direct supervision of two staff responsible for general ledger, accounts receivable, and fixed assets and formalizing reporting processes sourced from Microsoft Dynamics GP. Documented outcomes from the engagement included the delivery of real-time financial statements and a payroll expense model drawing on Microsoft Dynamics GP data for the full set of corporate locations.

NCR Voyix Aloha POS is used to maintain recipes, production worksheets and hierarchy data, to manage POS downloads across all locations, and to support software enhancements, upgrades and POS test labs for validation before rollout.
Operational coverage spans restaurant openings and day-to-day store operations, with the administrator working closely with marketing, operations, human resources, vendors, support staff, development teams and franchisees.
