In 2020 KVVES Thrissur deployed Inventlabs ShopsApps to enable local traders and shop owners to register and sell essentials online during pandemic restrictions. The implementation used Inventlabs ShopsApps, an eCommerce application, to provide seller onboarding, product listing, and order capture capabilities tailored for small merchants affiliated with the trade association KVVES Thrissur.
The rollout was executed in partnership with Kerala Police Cyberdome and the KVVES trade association, with the association leading trader outreach and registration and assisting with last mile delivery coordination. Functional configuration emphasized rapid seller onboarding, catalog management, order management, and delivery coordination modules to support essential goods workflows, with operational scope focused on traders and shop owners in Thrissur, Kerala. Media coverage documents the association's role in onboarding traders and facilitating last mile delivery during the lockdowns, and Kerala Police Cyberdome participation provided public sector collaboration for the rollout.
