Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Financial ERP Financial Management TIPSA Company 2021 2022
In 2021, La Pontezuela implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as an ERP Financial solution, engaging TIPSA Company to design a cloud based, industry focused ecosystem. The project was scoped for the family owned olive oil producer based in Toledo, Spain, and targeted end to end modernization across finance, supply chain, production, sales, and marketing. Tipsa deployed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central together with industry specific OliTEC applications certified on Microsoft AppSource, configuring modules for financial management, supply chain and manufacturing processes, quality and service management, farm and harvest management, bulk items management, lab testing, and regional reporting. The implementation included highly customized Microsoft Power BI dashboards that surface timely financial, purchase, production, and sales indicators for operational and executive users. The new ERP Financial environment was integrated with a customized e commerce platform and third party CRM systems, synchronizing customers, items, prices, discounts, and stock to streamline order management and customer interactions. Power BI was embedded for real time data analysis and reporting, and the solution was built on Microsoft cloud technologies to centralize data and enable mobile collaborative work across departments. Governance and rollout began after a free online OliTEC Edible Oil two hour assessment, which evolved into an end to end engagement led by TIPSA Company, aligning board level requirements with operational configuration and phased deployment across finance, operations, sales, analysis, and marketing. Tipsa guided process standardization and cross functional workflows to improve interoperability with suppliers, customers, and visitors while enabling scenarios to expand the solution ecosystem over time. La Pontezuela now operates an accurate digital ecosystem that streamlines internal collaboration, simplifies production processes, eases online transactions through the connected e commerce and CRM integrations, and delivers intuitive real time data analysis via Microsoft Power BI. The solution supports promotion of products and experiential tourism activities tied to the La Pontezuela brand, while consolidating finance, production, reporting, and customer facing operations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft Power BI Analytics and BI Analytics and BI TIPSA Company 2021 2022
In 2021, La Pontezuela implemented Microsoft Power BI as the Analytics and BI layer within a cloud-based business platform delivered by TIPSA Company. The Power BI deployment was part of a broader Microsoft technology stack that included Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and OliTEC industry apps, designed to centralize financial, production, sales, and reporting workflows for the Toledo, Spain based olive oil producer. The implementation included OliTEC apps for farm and harvest management, bulk items management, lab testing, and regional reporting, with highly customized dashboards built on Microsoft Power BI to surface financial, purchase, production, and sales KPIs. Microsoft Power BI dashboards were configured to provide intuitive, real-time data analysis, supporting cross-functional visibility and decision making across finance, operations, sales, and marketing. Integrations were implemented between Dynamics 365 Business Central, a customized e-commerce platform, and third-party CRM systems, enabling synchronization of customers, items, prices, discounts, and stock for order management and marketing segmentation. The cloud architecture centralized transactional ERP data in Business Central while Microsoft Power BI consumed that data for analytic models and visualizations, supporting a streamlined web experience for customers and connected touchpoints for suppliers and visitors. Governance and rollout began with a two-hour OliTEC assessment engagement and scaled into an end-to-end project that restructured workflows across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and service management. As stated by La Pontezuela leadership, the integrated platform simplified production processes, eased online transactions, improved internal collaboration, and provided faster, more optimal business decision making through Microsoft Power BI analytics.
