Data consolidation supported analytics and reporting alignment with sales finance and business planning. Governance and operating model changes included creation of a Technical Team, expansion to 15 staff and addition of five specialists to lead transfer of store and product systems and to institutionalize business application development. The program delivered a global clearance and liability mitigation strategy and a re platform of financial and business systems to align with ownership objectives. Ongoing application development and governance were established to sustain automated workflows and lean operational structure. Reported outcomes tied to the implementation included a 30 percent reduction in transportation costs through elimination of transactional shipments into Canada, an 8 percent reduction in excess duty charges, and an approximate 30 percent annual cost saving versus prior enterprise solutions. The initiative also improved cash flow transparency through the implemented cash flow modeling.
