In 2018, Lago Italy implemented Zucchetti HR NEXT as its Core HR solution to centralize personnel administration across its organization. The deployment targeted payroll, attendance tracking, safety management and business travel and expense workflows across its international stores and manufacturing operations.
The implementation configured Payroll and Time & Travel modules on the Zucchetti HR NEXT enterprise platform, enabling automated payroll processing, time and attendance capture and travel expense workflows. Mobile self-service capabilities were enabled for store and field staff to submit timesheets and expense reports, reducing paper handling and manual entry.
Architecturally the project was deployed on Zucchetti's enterprise HR platform HR NEXT, consolidating personnel records and operational HR data into a single platform for HR and finance teams. Role based access and standardized data models were used to support distributed operations across stores and corporate HR, aligning attendance, payroll and safety records.
Governance and rollout centralized personnel administration and safety compliance processes, establishing standardized workflows for attendance, payroll and travel expense handling. The Zucchetti HR NEXT implementation reduced manual errors and enabled mobile self service for employees, while bringing HR, finance and store operations onto a unified Core HR platform.
